What’s the production lead time for a new order?

A: Normally 45-50 days after down payment.

Do you have certifications for our selling?

A: Nedfon is an ISO certified company and some of our products were approved by cETLus, HVI, ENERGY STAR, KC, CB, CE, RoHS, INMETRO, TISI, SASO for oversea selling.

How can I get the sample from your company?

A: To get a sample, client shall pay for the sample as well as the freight cost.
Sample sending time: Within 5 days if there is available stock sample in warehouse. If there is non-available stock sample, the sample time need to study case by case, normally 30 days for sampling. 

What does the unit price include?

A: The unit price includes the unit cost of the product, standard paper box packaging and the FOB local charge. If there is extra request like the colorful printing of the boxes, pallet packing, will charge additionally.
